JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1-To participate in setting the tactical and operational plans that are aligned with DSFH Strategies and long term plans.

2-To manage warehouses activities (Receiving, storing, counting, dispatching, transferring, acknowledge receiving - PODs).

3-To ensure quality, delivery and budget objectives are met.

4-To manage workforce and assign responsibilities.

5-To manage and oversee all administrative aspect of warehouse management (Property contract, Civil defense, SFDA…)

and ensure meeting all governments and authorities’ requirements.

6-To communicate with other departments (Clinical and non-clinical), staff groups and end-users to assure efficient and timely receiving of shipments and products deliveries.

7-To coordinate closely with DSFH warehouses and ensure smooth and timely transactions and replenishments.

8-To oversee stock control (stock accuracy, stock levels, proper storing, grouping and classification, reserving, aging,

temperature control…etc.) and processing orders.

9-To maintain standards of health and safety, and security in the work environment.

10-To ensure maintaining warehouses records in proper manner.

11-To best utilize the available technologies (PC’s, ERP, data loggers, GPS…. Etc.).

12-To continuously improve warehouses processes and procedures.

13-To ensure High order fulfilment rate for all IR’s (more than 98% within 24 hours ) and minimum reverse flow (inter-org)

14-To ensure receiving and dispatching and storing as per the GDP and GSP and storage conditions (that no temperature controlled items with data logger- receiving and dispensing)

15-To provide periodical reports in regards of stock accuracy, pending orders, deliveries fulfilment, PODs, fleet trips, returns, near expiry items, slow and non-moving items and warehouse expenses).

16-Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

1-Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.

2-Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.

3-Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.

4-Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.

5-Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

 

 

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Diploma Degree is required; Bachelor Degree is preferred

Experience:

4 years’ experience of which at least 2 years in Warehouse Management or related field

Language:

Arabic and English
