Receives CV’s from multiple sources including, agencies, job sites, walk in and through the I recruitment system
Reviews and screens CV’s for education and experience and matches them to exiting vacancies
Screens candidates for issues that might impact iqama issue SCFHS and MOH Licensure status
Forwards CV’s to the Direct Report of the area with the vacancy for review and shortlisting and coordinates feedback
Sets up interviews with the shortlisted candidates
Establishes ongoing communication with the successful candidates successful to ensure all documentation for internal approvals and letters of offer are available
Prepares internal approvals and letters of offer for CEO signature
Forwards letters of officer to candidates and acts as a liaison between the candidate, the Direct Report and the HR Director until offer is accepted
Liaises with locally hired candidates in order to complete medical checkups and to initiate iqama transfer if applicable
Prepares Contracts and coordinates attestation processes
Ensures visa are assigned and that all government requirements are coordinated for visa releasing
Liaises with international agencies to organize all processes for document attestation and visa stamping
Coordinates mobilization requirements, ticketing, meet and greet and accommodation needs
Greets new candidates on first day of hire and receives the original certificates from the candidate in order to submit them to MOH & SCHS if applicable
Enters the Candidate ID and Personal Information into the OASIS system including the Medical Record Number from the Medical Record file opened during the medical examination
Issues the new employee ID
Introduces candidates to Department
Acts as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process for the candidates under his/her assigned portfolio
Answers questions and provides information to the candidate to facilitate informed decision making
Communicates potential recruitment issues with candidates to Unit Manger or HR Director
Ensures recruitment office acts as the gatekeeper in terms of selection of suitable candidates.
Prepares reports and presentations as required.
Other duties related to the role and the mission and vision of the hospital as assigned
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education:
Bachelor Degree of Business & Administration or any related discipline to Human Resources Management
Experience:
3 years’ experience in a human resource field preferred
Language:
Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills desirable Required Licenses: N/A
