Medical Record file opened.
Enter the Salary Information (Salary and Payment Method) on Oracle
Handled the medical insurance (phone & car park if need )
Insure the complete File to scan it to save on smart scan
Ensure Sent welcome email to the new Joiner
Communicates joining requirements to new starters and confirms start dates to hire manager
Ensures to create an email address from IT Department
Enter the position and the line manager name
Ensues the new joiner sign all the decants as(contract ,JD,JA)
Arranges all on-boarding flights and new joiner temporary accommodation
Issues the new employee hospital ID
Assists the new joiner on the ‘First Day’ and Corporate for inductions when required.
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.
Other Job Functions:
Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor Degree of Business & Administration or any related discipline to Human
Resources Management
3 years’ experience in a human resource field preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills desirable
