Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages team and Supervise the management and the administration of the network, as well as network performance monitoring.
  • Lead and instigate the installation and identifying upgrades to the network.
  • Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations
  • Provide technical expertise and build enough resources for network support
  • Developing a backup/disaster recovery plan for a network emergency.
  • Planning the network infrastructure for new applications.
  • Supervise and manage Network external vendors and liaison the communication with 3rd party support.
  • Responsible of Network Hardware upgrades, maintenance, moving and relocating resources. Supervise the resolution and manage all network problems timely and in efficient manner and Implement all new network devices and /or system changes.
  • Oversea Internet appliances, web filtering and firewall (UAC).
  • Aware of the recent Network and Security technology and implementation and able to manage in efficient way with compliance with the international guidelines, local regulation and compliance, and the best practice.
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot product issues with focus on problem resolution and related documentation
  • Monitor and manage the progression of users’ cases and assigned tasks through to closure
  • Participate in the team effort to continuously improve work routines, processes and product knowledge in the Customer Care Services department
  • Facilitate a strong working relationship with the Fakeeh Solutions Delivery team
  • Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical host computer resources 1
  • Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse 1
  • Develops tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support and Systems Development staff to assist with work. 18. Installing, configuring and maintain servers and networks 19. Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
  • Monitor datacenter health using preexisting management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

    Other Job Functions:

  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
  • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Education:

    Bachelors’ degree or higher in Computer Science, or related specialty
  • Experience:

    7+years of expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, IDS/IPS, log correlations, 5
  • NAC, WAF and firewall solution 6
  • Language:

    Good English in ( speaking and writing )
