Responsible for Ministry of Commerce registration and all related businesses. Assisting the Director in follow ups in front of all authorities
Archiving all legal documentation
Responding to internal and/or external information enquiries
Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database
Collaborate with various Lines of Businesses and assist in the development of business contracts, interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulations governing DSFH’s activities
Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation
Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
Follow up on litigation and dispute cases, take necessary action(s), prepare memorandums and pursue the implementation of the decision and ruling in this respect
Provide legal opinion / advice to senior management for any legal implications related to the organization’s performance
Manage relationship and liaise with external legal consultants / lawyers and other government agencies to obtain / solicit legal opinion(s) as well as in carrying out administrative and litigation related matters wherever required.
Prepare memorandums, circulars and external letters as required
Responsible for all DSFH Co. Commercial registration issues
Attending Hearings at Courts
Attending investigations at MOH
Follow up with all unclosed (pending) issues internally and externally
Provide support in advising from a legal perspective to DSFH staff
Drafting (or assisting in drafting) legal documents relating to the organization
Performing legal review of contracts/agreements/documents
Representation of the organization in a legal advisory capacity when required.
Providing other legal and administrative input to the management on ongoing projects and activities of the organization
Preparing management reporting and regular updates on legal matters that are outstanding or under progress.
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Coordinating with third party advisors, financiers, consultants, and others on legal matters
Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting, actions; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with attorney.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring
opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education:
Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable University
Experience:
A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
