Maintain accurate and up to date registration information for all patients who present DSFH Group and ensure that all other staff involved with the collection of patient registration information comply with proper registration procedures.
Responsible for assigning and directing work, appraising work performance of direct reports. Prepare and communicate work schedules to colleagues.
Evaluates and recommends modifications to and/or implementations of new procedures. Ensures that all policies and procedures reflect compliance with governmental regulations.
Maintains working knowledge of functions in area(s) of responsibility.
Acts as a resource for problem resolution.
Ensures that patient registration clerks identify all new or inactive patients, check and verify patient eligibility
Responsible for ensuring each patient is interviewed to obtain and process demographic and insurance information for patient registration.
Communicate any unusual or significant issues with the managers and other management personnel that may be affected.
Conducts and oversees the orientation, training and mentoring of all employees.
Organizes and coordinates the activities of assigned staff to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate work in a fiscally responsible manner
Review daily the Patient Registration Error Report.
Attends daily, weekly and monthly meeting as scheduled
Responsible for performing the revenue cycle tasks that are necessary to ensure compliance and excellent customer service.
Performs other relevant work functions, as requested.
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration or another related field
Experience:
3 – 5 years of Experience in a customer service-related field preferable & Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Language:
Excellent command of verbal and written English, Arabic language skills preferred but not essential. Required Licenses: N/A
