Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes better ways to approach problems through synthesizing and reorganizing the problem information
Analyzes business processes improvement solutions to determine effectiveness
Analyzes customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
Facilitates adherence to customer service standard
Assists with the development of the staff directory
Welcomes visitors and guests and direct appropriately
Resolves customer relationship management conflicts
Maintains the general filing system and file of all correspondence
Provides clerical support for the staff as needed
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.
Other Job Functions:
Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

Education:
Bachelor degree in front office management or equivalent degree in Administration
Experience:
3 – 5 years of experience in related field
