Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works in the reception area of the College dealing with all enquiries, whether in person or by telephone.
  • Provides routine, factual information to the public.
  • Responds to routine questions and refer calls.
  • Prepares telephone call reports; provide records for entire telephone data collection.
  • Assists with the development of the staff directory.
  • Welcomes visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
  • Responsible for ensuring all visitors is signed into and out of the College.
  • Responsible for all College post and distribution of incoming post to staff
  • Maintain the general filing system and file of all correspondence.
  • Provide clerical support for the staff as needed.
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

    Other Job Functions:

  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
  • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.



    Diploma/Bachelor degree in front office management


    At least 2 years related experience


    Bilingual ( Arabic and English ) Required Licenses: N/A
