Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs and participates in the development and implementation of an effective and well documented initiative regarding patient experience and patient policies and procedure.
  • Demonstrates and promotes the awareness of patient and family rights functioning as a patient advocate; and ensures that staff members are aware of them
  • Prepares monthly reports on Patient Experience rounds and presents those reports to related committees/teams
  • Provides a channel through which patients can seek solutions to problems, concerns and unmet needs in a timely manner.
  • Observes patients complaints, and try to maintain satisfaction and proactively prevent patient complaints.
  • Collect data and information about patient care concerns, needs and problems, analyze and report them quarterly; as original and statistical data, to related chiefs, directors and OULs and makes recommendations as appropriate.
  • Provides oversight on the patient satisfaction survey process as carried out by any contracted external provider
  • Analyzes trends and presents the translation and utilization of patient satisfaction data and analysis of Press Ganey outcomes to the PEC on a quarterly basis.
  • Prepares the regular monthly quarterly and yearly statistics and information for trending and evaluation.
  • Participates in the hospital quality improvement and strategic plan programs.
  • Arranges the duties and daily work schedules, vacations, and follow up of the daily activities
  • Trains and educate the new staff, and arrange regular training activities in the hospital.
  • Performs the annual evaluation to staff
  • Attends committees & meeting as recommended.
  • Follow with discharge support
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.



    Master/Bachelor Degree in Health Service Administrations and Hospitals


    Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in patient/health care relations or a human services


    Fluency in written & Spoken English / Arabic Required Licenses: N/A
