Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development
Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards
Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
Monitors, records and reports symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
Documents patients' medical and clinical information and health assessments in HIS
Demonstrates skills as per the nursing general and unit specific competencies
Directs and supervises less skilled nursing/health care personnel, students and interns and visit patients to ensure that proper nursing care is provided
Shows awareness of the role of the nurse in handling complaints in accordance with Fakeeh Care policy
Seeks assistance and escalates operational and clinical issues to nursing supervisor to resolve situations when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor of science in Nursing
two years of experience and more
Fluently spoken and written English, Arabic is desirable
License to practice from the country of origin, BLS, and other LSTC courses as applicable
