The medical gas technician will at all times monitor the status of the plant rooms with special attention paid
The Medical air compressors and control panel, The Medical air receiving vessel.
The Medical air drying unit. (Filters & Traps), The vacuum pumps system and receiver vessels.
Emergency oxygen and air manifolds.
Nitrous oxide gas manifold
Automatic alarm system for low / high warnings And LOX plant
Standard gas tests.
Maintain his and his team tool issuance and availability levels.
Maintain safe working practice codes at all times.
Reporting daily basis the check lists and refilling orders, doing the orders by sending email to the MGPS Supplier and make sure we have enough Medical Gas store capacity.
Doing the monthly schedule for the gas handler team and make sure all the team follow the standards for all the replacements of cylinders and refilling the liquid oxygen tank.
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.
Other Job Functions:
Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education:
Certification in Medical gas field from Recognized institute
Experience:
Minimum 5 years full time experience as a medical gas technician
Language:
Fluency in written & spoken English & Arabic Required Licenses: N/A
