Supervise and troubleshoot variations of the daily operations of the hospital, including issues related to patient care, to Staff and to the Facility.
Oversees and ensures transfer of patients from and To NEOM hospital, and oversees Ambulance services of NEOM Hospital in collaboration with Emergency medicine
Responsible for receipt and review of memos, guidelines and recommendations from MOH, SFDA, CBAHI, CCHI and other regulatory bodies, and to share with involved staff in NEOM for action and compliance
Responsible for oversight of transportation of staff from and to airports in Tabuk region
Responsible for oversight of allocation of staff to accommodation units
Responsible for oversight of Staff “Food and beverages” services and of “Laundry “services.
Plan, and coordinate with central Supply chain department in Jeddah to timely delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation and distribution of medical supplies and non-medical, equipment, and pharmaceuticals within NEOM H ospital to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the appropriate departments. Oversees supply chain function in NEOM hospital
Responsible for oversight of housekeeping services and facility cleanliness and close collaboration with NEOM health responsible staff for optimal performance
Oversees requests, submissions and archiving of medical reports and records
Serve as a key point of contact during emergencies, providing leadership and direction to the healthcare team.
Foster effective communication channels among staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient coordination and collaboration
Liaise with different departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective patient flow, resource utilization, and timely resolution of issues
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients, as “the patient is the center of our care”.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education:
College degree in hospital management, Nursing , Medical sciences
Experience:
5 – 7 years’ experience in healthcare managerial role
