Duties and Responsibilities:
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
Coordination with internal and external auditors in the period review / annual audit
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
Perform key account reconciliations with the ERP
Ensuring financial integrity and control
Collaborate with other finance department managers to support achievement of overall departmental objectives
Responding to ad-hoc queries and assignments of Group CFO and CFO
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”
Other Job Functions:
Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education:
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, and preferred Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Language:
Excellent command of oral and written English Required Licenses: SOCPA Certificate
