Evaluate business initiatives, new opportunities or changing in business operations, through conducting financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
Develop KPIs that link operational indicators to financial indicators to help business to understand how operational metrics drive financial results, in order to improve the performance.
Support the company to find opportunities for cost optimization projects by evaluating the effective utilization of the available resources, and report waste drivers.
Monitor and analyze financial information, KPI trends, Profit and loss, revenue performance, and other key business metrics to identify, evaluate and guide the decision-making process.
Conduct a costing/pricing model for DSFH services based on cost, utilization and market analysis.
Driving simplification, continuous improvement, and best practice sharing.
Ensuring financial integrity and control.
Conduct a profit and loss analysis for services, packages, doctors, and other related parameters
Perform any other duties as directed by the Manager Treasury and Group CFO
Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person-Centered Care values.

Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education:
Bachelor’s in finance/Accounting or any other equivalent accounting professional certificate
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience
Language:
