AUTHORITY
Reports to: Head of Department.
Liaises with: Faculty members staff and students.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Purpose: Assist in all activities related to the assigned department.
JOB DUTIES STATEMENT
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides full administrative support to assigned department functions.
- Manages the flow of all communications and correspondence of the department.
- Composes reports and prepares official letters as needed.
- Provides assistance to standing committees and task force teams, includes prepare notice of meetings, agendas, recording and transcribing minutes in a timely manner as per directives of the Head of Department.
- Maintains an accurate workable calendar for Head of Department activities.
- Maintains and updates files.
- Handles special projects as directed by the Head of Department.
- Maintains professional standards and confidentiality of information at all times.
- Shows a high level of communication abilities to both staff students and visitors.
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of FCMS.
- Ensures that all official communications from and to the department are up to date, documented and filed with complete confidentiality.
Other Job Functions:
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor Degree.
Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience.
Language: Bilingual (Arabic and English )
