Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.
Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards.
Maintains accurate, detaile. reports and records.
Monitors, records and symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
Prepares patients for, and ssist with, examinations and treatments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years for Bachelor
Fluently spoken and written English, Arabic is desirable
License to practice from the country of origin, BLS, and other LSTC courses as applicable.
