Duties and Responsibilities

• Diligently functions as a paramedic
• Runs a daily quality and safety full check to the ambulance fleet, submit related forms and match them with quantities
• Develops and enroll staff in on job training program
• Follow up on policies expiry dates, and policies matrix
• Prepares, refine and analyze EMS operational and events data
• Daily standby ambulance vehicle checks and readiness confirmation, plus, events bags, medication bags
• Determine inventory needs for all standby ambulances, EMS bags, Medication bags
• Determine any medical maintenance needed in standby medical devices
• Prepares headcount required per each event, follow up on each event participant event compensation if any
• Suggests ready ambulance vehicles per each event
• Develops and enroll locum staff in locum orientation program
• Follow up on locum staff compliance to attendance and dress code, submit reports with findings to operation supervisor
• Responsible for assets distribution and count during events
• Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors in emergency medical services or higher degree

Experience:

1 year of experience as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic

Language:

Bilinguals (Arabic and English) Required Licenses: Certified: Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) – E & Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Accredited EMS Licensure from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties DOT 70 degree or above in the STEP English Exam. (Preferred): EMS Vehicle Operator Safety (EVOS)
