Oversee contract lifecycle to maximize their value by optimizing the outcomes they produce. The scope of contracts to be monitored are those provided by outsourcing companies to the facility by external companies and Business Units within Fakeeh Corp.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Know and educate a.Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all services. b.Serve as the point of contact for internal staff on contractual matters. c.To be available on call by telephone out of hours for problem resolution by phone or appropriate escalation.
Monitor a.Monitor compliance by contracted service providers against the relevant contract. b.Monitor internal customer satisfaction with provided services.
Investigate a.Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation. b.Maintain documentation of internal investigations and outcomes. c.Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues or complaints received in coordination with the senior management. d.Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to the line manager and where required by law to the mandated regulatory authorities.
Analyse and improve a.Identify areas of recurrent pressure. b.Recommend changes to contracts.
Compliance a.Attend all mandatory lectures and training b.Be aware of and implement all relevant company policies and procedures. c.Comply with the Code of Conduct provided by the Employer. d.Follow the directions of the appointed Emergency officers (eg. Fire Wardens) and/or the Principal and his/her appointed representatives in the event of an Emergency or an Emergency Drill. e.Follow all lawful instructions as required by Line Manager.
Monitoring a.Monitors and reports any issues related to safety in the immediate work area b.Identify areas of inefficiency and suggest improvement ideas. c.Maintain the work area in a clean and tidy condition at all times. 7.Values a.Treat all customers, colleagues, community members and other stakeholders with respect and dignity at all times. b.Uphold a high ethical and professional standard and represent the organisation positively at all times 8-Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Further qualifications/training in contract management preferred. 3 years’ experience in contract management. Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
