Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as an effective change agent.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of all elements of Fakeeh Home Healthcare with respect to: operations and financial management.
  • Develops and implements Fakeeh Home Healthcare KPIs for his branch.
  • Responsible for overall coordination and administration of designated Fakeeh Home Healthcare branch.
  • Establishes a model of care that creates high value care for the patients contains cost and provide an enhanced patient experience.
  • Oversights development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines and ensures their compliance with national and international standards.
  • Implements and monitors administrative performance indicators, identify trends and improves processes where necessary.
  • Coordinates continuing education activities and training for staff in the designated branch based on needs assessment.
  • Submits required reports to administration.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible for the implementation and compliance within the contract governing the relationship between Fakeeh Home Healthcare branch and Fakeeh Care entities.
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as "the patient is the center of our care".

Qualifications:

  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
  • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.
