Inputs data in Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC Systems with the use of building automations including trending reports, Interpretation of data for maintenance and operation of HVAC system performance and troubleshooting throughout hospital facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports building management system troubles and need of repairs to appropriate unit managers.
Responds to immediate operational concerns (i.e. facility damages, alarms, etc.) for the purpose of taking appropriate action to resolve immediate facility issues and to maintain a functional environment.
Maintains equipment in a safe operating condition and maintains preventive maintenance procedures, records and reports
Communicates and coordinates all information regarding mechanical, low current and electrical alarm systems
Operates BMS, computer system, alarm monitors for entry and retrieval of information and work assignments and in order to accommodate schedules as required by facility usage.
Reviews Mechanical, Electrical and Low Current equipment connections and alarm system plans and make recommendations as needed based on BMS standards.
Participates in contractors' installations and commissioning of software and hardware points on BMS to ensure proper connection and operation of the equipment
Participates in testing and calibration of all equipment controls both software and hardware relating to BMS.
Monitors the effectiveness of energy conservation measures such as controlling the power systems from BMS and makes appropriate recommendations for improvement if needed.
Generates reports as requested by the unit managers and FM Service Director including changes of system readings, temperature controls and other equipment logs and records.
Proposes solutions for power saving.
Proposes solutions for chiller sequence and operation.
Produces/extracts valuable data from the system.

Knowledge in facility management codes and standards 1
Must have excellent problem solving skills 1
Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
Ability to operate a variety of specialized measuring and monitoring equipment and computer based software programs.
Ability to work independently with a multitude of tasks.
Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion with minimal supervision. 2
Safely and effectively operate tools and equipment common to the trade. 22. Knowledge in facility management statistical measurement methodology, common terminologies in terms of engineering and maintenance services
Qualifications:
Low Current and Computer Engineering 5 years experience in related field Saudi Council of Engineers
