Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete the pre-admission process by receiving the admission request from the physician, providing the estimation cost and assigning admission appointment for the patient.
  • Provide patient with admission & discharge policy, time of admission and room selection
  • Verify patients identification and financial benefit to determine admission eligibility
  • Greet the patient, enter the demographic information, insurance information and obtain the signature on the legal consent & forms
  • To liaises with other hospital staff members to ensure great admission & discharge experience for the patient
  • To check the bed availability and update in the system on daily basis
  • Prepare admission file with all necessary hospital paper like, consent and policies before the scheduled appointments
  • Maintaining the log note for VIP suites reservation request
  • Follow up with patients who are willing to postponed their admission and inform them to reschedule the admission date
  • Receive all patients payments whether is deposit or discharge
  • To ensure patient’s account has no balance prior the actual discharge from the hospital
  • Collect the hospital revenue from sub-cashiers at the end of every shift
  • To handle the admission and discharge payments collection to the general cashier on daily basis
  • Performs other duties as requested by the department inpatient Director Services, according to the availability of vacant rooms
  • Provides functional guidance to all general service functions to assure proper processing on all in-patients and to assure coordinated efforts.
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

    Other Job Functions:

  • Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
  • Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
  • Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
  • Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.



    Bachelor’s degree in Hospital or Business or Public Administration


    3 years’ experience in Hospital Administration areas


    Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic
