Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate smoothly between Emergency medical services department and other central function departments, other agencies and entities.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Oversees all administrative work within Emergency medical services department.
  • Performs High effective Communication skills.
  • Providing guidance and coaching, the Administrative Supervisor trains all new incoming staff as well as provides any necessary additional training to current staff.
  • These duties include processing new hire paperwork, orientation, and developing training programs that effectively implement all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for assigning job duties to individual staff members and prioritizing workloads.
  • They are also responsible for coordinating with HCM to process payroll for all of their employees. They ensure that tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.
  • Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes.
  • Coordinate Admin workers schedules and duty assignment.
  • Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing
  • Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation.
  • Detect administrative weakness sides points out of the periodically Analysis and reform those sides.
  • Maintaining Emergency medical services department social media accounts.
  • Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
  • Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as “the patient is the center of our care”.

Qualifications:

    Education:

    Bachelor degree in Administration

    Experience:

    3 years or more in related Field

    Language:

    Excellent & highly proficient in spoken and written English. Fluent Arabic (preferable) Required Licenses: “STEP” Standardized Test of English Proficiency
